Reviewing

I invest a lot of time in reviewing. I do this mostly because I think good reviewing is important for the future of the field. It's also refreshing to dig into cool new papers that aren't directly related to stuff I'm already working on. I've won "top reviewer" awards from CVPR, ICLR, ICML, and NeurIPS.
